3 portrait SKUs on one shared system — Founding 100 (100 units) / Founding Member (400 units) / .folio Card stock (~75-unit buffer). Founding cohort = 500 cards (100 + 400). All portrait CR80; all three share one identical black virtual-card back — only the front colorway + a small tier label differ.

Step 1: a factory-level sample produced WITH final finishes — gold foil (Founding 100), full-color gradient (Founding Member), spot-UV QR — so the scan test validates the real card, not a stand-in (please quote your minimum sample qty + cost). Step 2: full ~500 Founding run via factory order once the sample passes >95% scan rate across iPhone XR/14/15 + Pixel 6 + Galaxy S10 in 6 lighting × 3 angles (lead time per vendor).

Raised gloss spot UV on the QR vector shapes ONLY — data beads, capsule pills, finder border (cornersSquare), finder dot (cornersDot). Excludes the .folio corner badge wordmark/pocket and the card body. Delivered as a separate registered spot-UV mask (same viewBox; target shapes solid 100%K on transparent). Matte laminate base + gloss UV on shapes = tactile premium that also preserves scan contrast. Risk: gloss over QR data can cause specular glare under direct light — must be validated on the factory sample, not plain print. Spot UV is typically factory-level only — please confirm availability.
